All used equipment although guaranteed to be in good working condition (unless otherwise noted) is sold as is with no warranty. Because we are a seller with other web and showroom sales, we reserve the right to end this auction at anytime.
In the event of freight damage, it is important that you mark any evident freight damage on the shipper's bill of lading when signing for it.  If the packaging is damaged, open it up and inspect it!  If your item is damaged it is important that you save all packaging materials to ease your claim with the freight carrier if needed. C2C, Inc. will be happy to assist you with a freight damage claim if required.  We photograph all items prior to shipping.  C2C, Inc. accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock and outside of our immediate control.
Common carrier shippers only insure used equipment at .50 cents per lb. and not by actual value.  If your item is a high dollar item, we recommend contacting your insurance company for supplemental shipping insurance.  This insurance is easy to get, inexpensive and can be bound in one day.  If you are purchasing a fragile or expensive item we strongly suggest that you consider this option.  In the event your item gets damaged by the shipper, you will thank us for this advice!
